Scope of Services
Altered Elegance provides tailoring, clothing alterations, garment remodelling, and upcycling services in Binningen. Any project is subject to garment and material assessment, and the final scope depends on the condition, construction, and usable fabric of the item.

Quotes and Payment
Prices for redesign and alteration work are based on inspection and review of the garment and requested changes. A deposit may be requested for approved projects, and any supplementary materials are charged separately where applicable. Payment methods are limited to those accepted at the workshop.

Project work begins only after the concept and scope have been approved where required. Estimated turnaround times are indicative only and may change if the garment condition, fitting requirements, or workshop capacity require additional time. No same-day completion is promised unless confirmed after inspection.

Services are provided with reasonable care, but exact fit, silhouette, material matching, and repair visibility cannot be guaranteed in every case. Cleaning, stain removal, dyeing, and specialist textile treatment are not included unless separately agreed, and no warranty is given for designer authentication or preservation of brand value.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Switzerland.
